Earlier, Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum denied reports of a "done deal" for a welterweight mega-fight between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Manny Pacquiao, which is targeted for May 2nd at the MGM Grand Garden in Las Vegas.

Arum, who promotes Pacquiao, told the Las Vegas Review Journal - “I’m very optimistic. We’re waiting to hear from Floyd. But from everyone’s perspective, it needs to get resolved this week. You have to start planning things, and there’s a lot that has to be done.”
