Yes, some things signed by @MannyPacquiao but some revisions remain. And ultimate act is @FloydMayweather signing and announcing on @shots.

Seems like Espinoza and mayweather are more focusing on a smear campaign and calling pacquiao and arum liars rather than what they should be doing is finalizing that contract. Pacquiao never even said there was a contract. He said he's still waiting on one. Espinoza is pathetic, he can't figure out how to convince Floyd to fight and is just stalling #fight pacquiao #sign the contract
