The mandatory fight between IBF lightweight champion Mickey Bey (21-1-1, 10KOs) and challenger Denis Shafikov (35-1-1, 19KOs) is heading to a purse bid. Their respective promoters, Mayweather Promotions and Top Rank, have failed to reach an agreement. The purse bid will take place in ten days.

Bey captured the title last September with a controversial twelve round split decision over champion Miguel Vazquez. Shafikov faced Vazquez in February 2014, losing a twelve round decision in Macau, but then came back to win an IBF eliminator with a knockout of Rustam Nugaev in August and then secured a stay busy decision win over Miguel Mendoza in December.

2. They make the fight. Shafikov is forced to wear pillows.

Pays off the judges if Shafikov fails to stop Bey because of the gloves.
Pays off professional snipers if Shafikov stops Bey which he should if Mayweather doesnt cheat.

2. Fight is cancelled at last moment because of no outdoor stadium
3. TopRank Riggs the scale AGAIN causing Bey to miss weight
4. TopRank pays off the IBF AGAIN
5. Fight is cancelled because it's on St. Patricks day and Americans shouldn't fight on that day

TOPRank has cheated before to the point FBI had to get involve, so they will cheat again lol
