There were rumors on Friday that a fight between the highly touted light heavyweight Artur Beterbiev and the accomplished veteran Gabriel Campillo was set for April 4th at the Colisee de Quebec. It would be quite a step up for for boxer who has just seven professional bouts under his belt.

But according to his promoter, Yvon Michel of GYM - "(Campillo) has not signed to fight Beterbiev, yet. We've had discussions about it. It is at the level where it is, now."

Beterbiev will brutalize him, early KO if Campillo starts off slow like he normally does. Damn he's gaining experience fast, will just keep making him better going through these tough fighters. 14 fights in and he'll have one of the best resumes in boxing, by then he should be able to compete with anybody from 175-200.
