By the mediocre standards of the last ten years of the HW division, I would say yes? Wouldn't you?.
He was at least close. Top ten. I don't even know of if he's that anymore.

I would say he got close, but a top 10 contender i don't think so. I'd say his biggest win was against Seth Mitchell. Got beat everytime he stepped up.

I think Berto knows he has to win this fight and that he will play it safe. Maybe with the occasional wild exchange. I think a wide decision or maybe a late stoppage for Berto.

Arreola barely edged the win by taking the last round ....

I would say that this fight should teach Arreola a lesson about coming into fights in horrible condition .... But, knowing him, he'll do it again.

BTW: The Spike version is much better than the NBC version.

Regardless of him losing weight I think he is finished or at least should be. Everything about him just looks shot. Reflexes, timing, what little speed he did have all look gone. He was just eating shots with no pretension to avoid them and getting wobbled

Berto is on the slide, something about him, just reminds me of Jeff Lacy. All muscle but the talent vanishes one day and leaves a shell of some dude that turns into a punching bag with no confidence.
