Is loyalty always a good thing?

What I mean by this is that sometimes fightersatay with heir current team even though they might have been better off elsewhere. For example Canelo could really do with a new trainee but because he's been with them from the beginning he won't leave.

In Canelo's case it is a good thing. His team is like family to him, and some things are more important than boxing success.

Besides, there's no guarantee a different trainer could fix his flaws. He's not that young any more. He may improve, but major changes are impossible at this point. He will never turn into a great pressure fighter, no matter who is training him. And with his current trainer he has a great bond of trust that would be impossible to develop with anyone else.

There should be no loyalty in business. Go where the money is.
