Comments Thread For: Froch's Trainer: Carl Can Box For Two, Three More Years

Rob McCracken, trainer of WBA 'regular' super middleweight champion Carl Froch (33-2, 24KOs), believes his boxer can continue his career for another two to three years.

In a few months Froch will turn 38-years-old. He wants to continue, for at least one more fight, against Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. in the summer. Chavez must first defeat Andrzej Fonfara on April 18th.

If Froch decides to continue beyond this year, McCracken says he can easily box for another two to three years.

Froch has been in a lot of wars.

I don't think he should end up like Roy Jones Jnr.

Quit at the top of your game and enjoy the hard earned £££'s.

He can - if his motivation remains, which he already has hinted several times that it probably doesn't. But he should definitely fight one more time and hopefully cap his career in style.
