lol He doesn't care about May, yet his fat boyfriend came out and said he might fight in May AFTER he walked away from the Canelo negotiations.

      $

At this part of cotto's career he wants to cash out only has a few fights left wants most $ he can make. He must strongly feel if Floyd manny falls through he will get jr's call. If not he is left with no big $ fight to old to be wasting time.

        $

Canelo would have been a big $ fight for cotto but not as much as Floyd. Plus with Floyd worse case you lose a dec get a few scratches hit but not too hurt. With Canelo there is potential for a war a two way action fight with chances of cotto winning but also maybe youth wins and he gets busted up if he doesn't box

Would be especially satisfying if Money v. Pac goes down on the guac and corona beer holiday and then Cotto v. GGG on the 9th to stick it right up Golden boy and his prodigy's arse...
perhaps GGG can dispense with murray in quick fashion and turn around and be prepped for the 9th....

Cotto does more for Floyds legacy, if he boxes and beats pac like most people believe he will it really does nothing for him, besides make him richer. legacy or money ? :****you:
This is the worst post I have seen in a long time. You think cotto does more for his legacy? He already beat cotto convincing. That would be another cherry pick. Pacquiao already KO'd cotto and was up by 10 points on every scorecard and knocked him down twice. You think the welterweight mayweather beating another welterweight for a middleweight title will add to his legacy? Pacquiao is an 8 division champion. Mayweather has alot of catching up to do to compete with that. Manny is 3x fighter if the year and fighter of the decade. Has ten times a strong a legacy as cotto and his resume is even better than mayweathers. Mayweather needs pacquiao to complete his legacy, otherwise canelo is the best win on his resume lol. And theres only a handful of people thinking it wont be hard for mayweather. Most are saying its 50/50 or that maywesther has a slight edge. All time greats like hagler and Tyson pick pacquiao, as does Shawn porter and others. Who has said cotto even has a chance? Nobody besides you wants to see that fight and there will be huge backlash and nobody will pay for it guaranteed it wont break a million buys. Financial disaster for ShowTime and mayweathers legacy would be tarnished even further.

Cotto being A side to canelo would certainly make him more money than being B side to mayweather because nobody would buy that fight and mayweather is guaranteed 32 million. A loss to canelo would damage his legacy worse than a loss to mayweather which is already expected because he lost cinvinceingly to him before. That is am irrelevant fight.

Ya canelo fans are salty as hell. How hard is it to understand? Cotto is waiting to see if the floyd-pac fight happens. If it doesn't, he will most likely get the floyd fight. If it does, canelo could have gotten the cotto fight in june in msg. No, cuz canelo got his panties twisted up in a bunch and walked away and is now fighting kirkland on may 9th.
