Is power the last attribute to diminish?

For example, 46 year old Foreman became world champ pretty much due to his power. Thoughts?

I think so. Speed goes first. A boxer still has to have good reflexes to go along with the power to get anywhere. Balance is a big concern too. If you ever see Duran fight William Joppy, perfect example of no balance at all. But hey. He was 48 years old, too. Ridiculous fight to make to begin with.
