A role model is by definition about real life; how a person carries themselves outside of the ring, the court, the swimming pool, etc. That is where a role model is characterized, not inside the confines of their sporting activity.

Outside of the sporting activity is where Broner said "I just beat the *** out of a Mexican!" And where he said Mexican's were limited, and used food references to insult them, and where he called them "Wet-Backs" and where he hit an old lady and took her purse and where he commits gross acts while being filmed, flushed money down the toilet, money that could have been used to help hungry children here and overseas. That's your "role model".

You got your 4.0 in school....excellent! That's a great thing to accomplish. I have done the same. But now it's time to get your 4.0 in real life, called the experience of life and learning from your experiences along the say. There is no shortcut for that, wisdom takes time. Finding a genuine, endearing role model is a good start.

There is also a thing as role models in Boxing. Millions viewed Ali as a role model and Broner displays a lot of the same characteritistcs and the desire/will to suceed.
