He was robbed of a good quality of life and we were robbed of a great champion. Every time I see his name I keep thinking of all the great matchups he could have had over the years.

Paul was cut down in his prime, Fighters did everything they could to avoid him because they knew he would destroy them. Kelly Pavlick ran like a bytch from him for years.

I love Floyd but there is no way in hell he would have got in the ring with "The Punisher". If Paul was still fit to fight today. I believe he would beat Floyd Mayweather.

I think your giving him way too much credit. He was a good solid boxer, but great he was not

he wasnt a great boxer but in his prime was a force to be reckon with hoever he was out of his prime when he tragic faith took em on this course in life.

He was beaten by the bum Lara, Knocked out by Martinez, Life and Death with ishida, and was just about to get sparked out by Canelo, his career was quickly coming to a end at least at the top level.

great videos. I posted this same thread earlier but was too lazy to embed every video ellie had.

I think he was past prime, but I think he would have whooped Canelo. His style was a bad matchup and Canelo doesn't have the stamina to compete with Paul

Williams was a great fighter with an impressive record and would no doubt beat flat footed low punch out put bums like Canelo and beat the **** out of guys like Cotto.

yeah this might be true and might still be, this is why im really intrigued by the Canelo vs Kirkland fight. If Canelo stamina is not where it should be Kirkland can very well expose that.
