        In case Floyd wants to defend both belts he should ask for the following derogatory weigh in procedure: 1) at the one day before the fight weigh in they should be at 147; 2) at the fight night weigh in they should be under 154...
        ... The first weigh in would stand for the 147 belts and the second would stand for the 154 belt... Floyd can make these actually happen!
