I reckon Chris is one of the best and unluckiest guys never to win a title.

I think he'll punch his way back up to the top atleast once more.

He would probably have beaten Wilder I reckon for that WBC strap.

Haymon did a really great thing and got boxing back on national television, and then destroys the chances of it ever being successful long term because he is putting on garbage cards when he has a huge stable of some top contenders in and around 140-147 and really in every weight class for that matter. And he comes with a bs fight this Berto-Lopez which has no relevency whatsoever. Berto has lost to everybody. He could put Santa Cruz against rigo, but he said he wants 3 million dollars. Santa Cruz calls out rigo publicly and when Oscar says hes going to make that fight, Santa Cruz calls uncle al to save him from his career being destroyed by rigo. He names his son after al? The guy is a nut case. And now we as fans get stuck with berto/lopez. At least top rank is talking about putting together cotto vs. Rios or cotto vs. Bradley. Also Terance Crawford was supposed to fight Chris algieri but it fell through somehow. Put arum in charge of making fights and he makes the good fights. #war arum #fight pacquiao #sign the contract

All you need to be concerned with as a boxing fan in 2015 is how much the fighters get paid. When I look at Lopez paystubs, I get all warm and fuzzy Inside because he risked his health for me, and for you too!! I can only hope these fighters get more money so I can brag about their paychecks. That's why I watch boxing. I read about it in the business section of the LATimes.

When was the last time Chris fought anybody out of the top 15, let alone top 50?

The guy's last fight was for a World HW title, in which he did pretty damn good in really.

I think that is a bit over the top.

I'd like to see Areolla fight Tyson Fury.

Ol' ******* back in action huh? Well, let's see if he can keep it somewhat censored on national television in the post fight interview. What a great representation of an American HW. A fat ass slacker with a poor attitude. Gee, the casuals will sure come flocking to the sport after this card.

This card is looking like it could be an interesting night. Lot of action type fights.
