Well, when you say stuff like "Knockouts for life", and then fail to deliver against a guy who he was expected to KO, people tend to respond negatively.

Bundu is trashed by many "experts" here. Many people feel themselves very smart because they took a look at Bundu's boxrec profile. 40 years old, few knockouts --> the guy must be trash. But he was actually a solid opponenet for Thurman and this is why I can appreciate that Thurman beat him 12-0. Just watch the Bundu. Frankie Gavin fight and your opinion will change if you are not very biased.
Sometimes boxrec is not everything, you better learn this already...

Thurman has been rehabbing a shoulder problem; so, I don't think we can assume his punch is as impactful as it was a couple years ago. That might have had something to do with not disposing of Bundu and boxing with movement more than expected.

If he hits Guerrero a few solid body punches and he has full power, he should get a reaction. But if not, Guerrero could outbox him.

I swear, the Ghost gets no respect....EVER. Thurman is gonna find out when he gets timed jumping in and then gets trapped against the ropes with hell raining down on him. Thurman isn't Floyd and unless he can duplicate a Floyd type performance, he isn't winning.

I think you see too much into Guerrero. He is a top10 welterwight which is something he can be proud of rightly but he has his limits. Thurman will either outbox him or KO him, the only way I see Guerrero winning is an ugly roughouse inside fight but I think Thurman has enough craft to get out of those situation or at least not to be dragged in thos situation for minutes. We will see.

Thurman has never, ever, shown the kind of boxing skill that suggests he can easily outbox Guerrero. Anybody going into a fight with the Ghost expecting a knockout is a fool. Guerrero will throw 100 punches a round, and land a lot of them. We'll see how Thurman responds to that, but from what I've seen he doesn't have the tools to win.

This is very similar to the Berto fight, where 90% of you expected Guerrero to lose. The man is criminally underrated.
