    Danny by Robbery.

Herrera schooled him the first fight. Danny has been on a spiral downward ever since.

Watching that fight, no real energy from him all night and truthfully, Hererra's lack of real pop and all, Danny looked like he was fighting Julian Jackson on that night, giving hererra way too much respect. Danny to not only wins, but to KOs Hererra.
That's an extremely simplistic way to break down a fight. It's also far-fetched to say the least. He had the support of an entire island as well as a card promoted around him solely to have him fight in front of his people. Not to mention the entire arena was screaming his name prior to the fight, if that wasn't motivation enough then nothing's going to fire him up for a rematch.

If Danny was so hesistant it was due to Herrera and his ability to adjust on the fly. He had no clue as to what Herrera would do next and looked confused all night. When he did let his hands go Herrera would simply counter Garcia and he never allowed him to land that left hook.

So again, from a boxing perspecfive( strategy) what exactly is Danny going to do to Ko Herrera?

It's simplistic to suggest that because Danny had the crowd, that there was no way that Danny could have had an off night?

You need to watch Rios V Alvarado 3 one more time to understand how brilliant a guy can look, when the other fighter is not really there on fight night. Granted, Alvarado was way off but then again, Danny V Hererra was NOT the blow out you kids keep trying to write it off as. Even Robert Garcia said it was "CLOSER than people are trying to make it seem..." Danny does not have to do too much more to actually get the convincing victory against Hererra. He simply needs to be present on every level. NO way in hell, that was the Danny at his best that night.

We can agree to disagree but I am not as convinced as you are that Hererra beats Danny period. And the reason Danny got the nod, is because historically you have to BEAT the champ to take his strap and landing more jabs, HEADBUTTS and yet, less POWER shots is not the way to go about it.

        Danny 1 Hererra 0

Danny "Swift" Garcia is the more physically talented fighter and, having already spent 12 rounds in the ring with Herrera, is likely to have a grasp of Herrera's style.

Garcia smothers Herrera's jab, while also scoring with his power punches, to win a pretty comfortable 8-4 decision.

It's simplistic since you're bypassing Herrera's performace; jabs from all angles, ability to counter, change styles from round to round not allowing Garcia to establish a rhythm, never getting caught with any left hooks. Instead of breaking down the fight you choose to take the simple man route and say Danny simply wasn't motivated. Now you change your tune and say it wasn't simply motivation but he had an "off-night".

The problem with that is there is absolutely no way to prove he had an "off-night" at the end of the day it's simply speculation and wishful thinking on your part. I've asked you twice to show me what changes Danny will make inside the ring to beat Herrera, and the best you can come up with is be motivated, have an "on-night", and land more punches.

Garcia stans, or Sw@gf@gs if you will, are quickly becoming the worst knob gobblers on this sight. They are the embarrassing, ******ed cousins of the Flõ mo.

You have NO credibility left. "Lucas KOs Floyd"

You mad? Lucas got worked over by Danny Swagcia. Deal wit it.

They never fought **** stick. I'd back Lucas to give Floyd an amazing fight if the fight was made today.

I will take Danny in the rematch as he is one of my favorites. But he lost the 1st fight IMO.

Are you slow? The point is that Lucas does NOT "KO Floyd." Will Lucas give Floyd a good fight? Remains to be seen.
