Top Rank fighters are desperate for fights now that Haymon has taken everyone to primetime. Rios has options though (Provo, Matthysse, Chavez II, and Bradley). I do think he would do alright against Cotto, but no chance against Cinnamon. Stay at 147!

To be honest I'm suprised the thought of Rios and Provodnikov hasn't been entertained. With their fan friendly styles they wouldn't disappoint an audience. The victor of this fight should than face Bradley.

Or, rather Bradley fight Khan and the winner fight's the victor of Rios/Provodnikov.

Lucas could be the stand by opponent supposing negotiations break down with either of these fighters with either of these fights.
