I'm gonna withhold judgment for now. Someone was going to have to help him lose all that weight properly, I don't know if Wolfe is the person for that job. Maybe one of these guys is good at that aspect. Kirkland knows how to fight, the issue for this bout is his weight.Comment

Ann Wolf isn't magic and Kirkland is a grown ass man. I don't see how everyone here just knows what's best Kirland more so than the man himself.Comment

He dropped her and got Ko'd in 1 round. He dropped her again and was getting dropped in sparring by porter and went running back to her.
Kirkland makes too many dumb decisions in boxing and in his personal life to trust his judgement.Comment

We know that Kirkland has made many, MANY poor decisions. Going to jail twice, going with a new trainer after his second stint in prison only to get KOd then go back to Wolfe. Signing with 50 cent, etc.
Again like I said, getting a new team isn't necessarily bad, but it's probably not the best decision right before the biggest fight of his life. I would imagine having some familiarity, having a coach that knows you best in your corner is something you'd want, not a new environment, New coaches who are just getting to know you, etc. Usually when people get a new coach they're gonna want to get a fight or two together before jumping into a big fight. We'll see how it works out.Comment

Don't listen to the negativity James. You CAN'T TRUST ANYONE. You made the BEST DECISION.
God Bless you, James. Stay Strong.Comment
