According to Colombia's Oscar Escandon, he will defend his interim junior featherweight world title of the World Boxing Association against Mexican slugger Moises Flores (22-0, 16KOs). Escandon would be making the first defense of the title he won last December 11 with a controversial decision over Canadian boxer Tyson Cave.
Escandon is unsure of the exact fight date with Flores, but says it will fall between April and May.
