maybe when he was younger he fought fighters out of his comfort level....but come on, he fights a specific style of fighter for a reason.

        Oscar is right.

Miguel Cotto has fought: Judah, Mosley, Margarito(2X), Clottey, Pacquiao, & Mayweather.

Cotto has the best quality of opposition than anyone else at 147. Cotto gets more respect than chicken Floyd. :****you:

I share this very stance of Mayweather

Too late to worry about legacies Floyd You're legacy reads
" Very Talented boxer but lacked the heart courage & cojones to ever be an ATG. You'll always be remembered as a spineless coward who enjoys beating women. When your own son calls you a coward then you KNOW youre a real COWARD!!

Im a fan of floyds fighting style but i disagree with you on floyd being held to a higher standard. Floyds held to the standard of any champ, all fans want is floyd to defend against the #2 guy, the #1 threat to his straps-Pac. But that doesnt mean Pac gets a pass to fight the #4 guy in the div below, Pac should be held to the same standard. All im really saying is that it looks kinda weak claiming to be the best by not fighting the best.

Floyd has fought the best beside Manny that was available and reasonable.

You said it. Key word, reasonable.

I know I said reasonable and Floyd is and has been very reasonable. Was going to fight Manny with every demand that Manny asked for; and Manny walked away from the fight because of the same terms that he is willing to accept today!!! Paul Williams (whom I liked) would have lost Floyd money because he just wasn't popular with the mainstream fans. Floyd is the highest paid boxer for a reason, which may not be popular with a lot of his haters!! As for Margarito, he was a cheating bastard that got caught and was never a threat without being able to cheat his way to victory. Mayweather would have beat the living stick out of him anyway.
