They didn't you lying flow mo. Koncz said he was optimistic. Manny even told the Filipino media he did not even want to talk about it in detail because it might compromise the fight.

It does make sense he's still a coward, He may be taking the fight but it's after being put under tremendous pressure. Who could imagine so much arm twisting would be required to get a guy to take a fight for more money then any athlete has ever made? I mean supposedly the president of showtime had to threaten to shut down Floyd and Haymon from the network for christ sake. And even if thats not true the point still stands.

"It was a business meeting, but it wasn't a tense business meeting. I think that's because they both have mutual respect for each other. We'll determine what will happen over the next couple of days."

@MiamiHeat/Twitter After meeting publicly at the Heat-Bucks game, Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr. met again privately for more than an hour.

The halftime meeting, which Pacquiao said was the first time he and fellow welterweight champion Mayweather Jr. met, resulted in an exchange of phone numbers and lit up social media as sports fans continued to hope this latest twist would get them closer to fighting each other.

The sides have been negotiating what will certainly be the richest fight in boxing history, but no deal has been struck yet. One of the issues is that Time Warner/HBO, which has a contract with Pacquiao, and CBS/Showtime, which has Mayweather under contract, need to hammer out terms for a joint pay-per-view telecast, which they did once before for the 2002 fight between then-heavyweight world champion Lennox Lewis and former champ Mike Tyson. They have been negotiating the terms.

Koncz said that Mayweather voiced two specific broadcasting issues to Pacquiao during the hotel meeting.

"I told Floyd I would call [Pacquiao promoter] Bob [Arum of Top Rank] in the morning, and I did that and discussed them with Bob, and he assured us they have been worked out. I took care of it," Koncz said. "I said to Floyd, and Manny agreed, that if those are the only two broadcasting issues, we would take care of them."

Koncz declined to go into detail about the specifics of the issues because "I don't want to step on HBO's or Showtime's toes."

Koncz said Pacquiao and Mayweather also discussed other issues but that the broadcasting items were "the majority of the discussion. Floyd said, 'I want the fight to happen,' and Manny said he does, too. If the fighters both want the fight to happen, who can stop it? They both said they want it to happen, and we're still looking to make it happen on May 2.

But you're right, Floyd revealed more in that 10-second clip

He releases a clip and your pumpum gets all sandy. Either that or posters spend hours scrounging for pics of people who don't know them. Let's face it -- the real losers are guys like you.

Oh dear....... so Koncz did reveal more than the film did. No proof it was filmed in secret but plenty are wearing foil hats! LOL

Koncz/pac did not reveal much detail about the meeting. Neither did floyd in this video, but that's not the point.

It all seems fishy that floyd felt compelled to post this video, him talking about "we need to make this fight". It's a convenient "hey, not my fault it did not happen" angle. I mean, who the f does that? It's annoying and childish.

Way different scenario compared to answering a question from a reporter.

Yeah if that's why he's doing it then it's childish. But you don't know why he's doing it and it's equally childish to blame him for anything and everything. he says he wants the fight in the video and look at the direction people are taking it. I understand some people are seriously losers in life but some of you need to fall back. There are hundreds of different scenarios you can tie into those 10 seconds but funny how so many could only see one.

If floyd thinks this is the way to hype a fight, then he's an idiot. I give him the benefit of the doubt and I still think wants the fight, but this is a ******-ass move.

Nah, if it's to promote the fight then it's great. I had casual fans texting me asking if I saw it. Same with the basketball meeting. Maybe an optimist but I look at all of that as simply fight promotion that's just building. Even if it isn't, big deal.

There's nothing in this video that suggests he needs the benefit of the doubt. Whether he leaked it or it was a reporter asking him, I'm not gonna take a fighter saying "this fight has to happen" to mean "oh he's just saying that because **insert theory from my ass**" It's corny.

I still personally think this as annoying and pointless. But hey, whatever floats your boat, friendo.
