If by the end of February there Is not a deal finalized and a fight date confirmed, Pacquiao should walk away.

He Is In the final stages of his career and should not have It come to a halt due to demands that are unrealistic. If Floyd Is serious about making this fight a reality as he portrayed In his recent Showtime Interview and his not so private meeting with Pacquiao In his hotel room then get It done.

It's people like you and a handful of others on this board that will point the finger and blame Pacquiao for not bending over for Floyd when Floyd himself has said that none of this Is Pacquiaos fault.

This pretty much culminates Floyd's M.O. all along. He stalked Pacquiao in Miami and arranged the meeting in halftime and at the hotel just to build his defense so people won't think he's ducking. So when the fight doesn't happen in May, he can say..."But you all saw me with Pacquiao, right?? You all saw me try to make the fight happen!" It's sooo pathetic by Floyd.

If the fight doesn't happen in May, NO ONE will think the Miami meeting was in good faith. It was all for Floyd to build an excuse.

Really the impetus should be on both guys (especially Floyd) coming to a reasonable deal. Both fight for money, and both stand to make the highest payday of their careers.

But whatever irrational demands Floyd makes, you will defend.

The current split Manny agreed to would grant Floyd triple his biggest payday, something Floyd will never earn in one night, but you'd have us believe he has no room for concession, like he has 5 different $120million dollar paydays around the corner.

If Floyd doesn't accept a reasonable deal for this fight (they've already agreed on 60-40 split) it's a sign he doesn't want the fight.

Your whole argument is akin to a music artist who has three or four $40 million record deals, and one $120million dollar record deal, walking away from the 120million deal because he was picky and demanding of the minor details and stipulations and wanted to call the shots. Most would think the artist is an idiot, none would blame the record company for walking away.
