Same here, me and all my homies have a kickback spot we call "NSB" and only myself and like 2 other dudes really know boxing the rest are just a bunch of groupies of certain boxers, hell some are even groupies of promoters and believe it or not some are just groupies of a certain race and this trips me out but some are just groupies of a certain adviser lol. Its crazy but what can you do.Comment

Barely anyone follows boxing here in the UK, it's a niche sport, it's a rare occasion when I even meet a casual. It's the same everywhere else apart from South America if I'm not mistaken.Comment

Well unless you make boxing an active feature of who your friends are I would venture a guess that 90-95% of any group of friends don't have a single clue about boxing probably about 80% of that group couldn't care less but that 10-15% do say the darnedest things.Comment

I find it impossible to convert them into boxing fans. Maybe because the fight i tried with put them off for life (Klitschko v Haye).Comment
