The last undisputed world heavyweight champion was Lennox Lewis. Deontay Wilder should know this. Lewis beat Oliver McCall to become WBC champion for the second time, beat Shannon Briggs to become linear champion and beat Evander Holyfield to become undisputed champion. He lost it and regained against Hassim Rahman, defended it against Tyson and Vitali Klitschko and retired as world champion.

It was obvious that he wasn't sure who it was and I don't believe that it was in anyway meant as disrespect towards Lennox.
