Undercard to May vs cotto 2. One fight seems obvious!

If Mayweather-Pacquiao falls through, for any reason, why would they rush into Mares-Santa Cruz? Especially with Mares-LSC or Mares-Gonzalez 2 being far bigger fights for Mexican Independence Day weekend in September.

Those first two fights would make u go to sleep...especially with the heavy drinking. I think mexican fans have caught on to chavez jr being a fraud. Dont think he has the support anymore. He barley drew 4,500 against Vera. Those are Peter quillin type #s. Santa Cruz vs mares would help sell may cotto 2. The backlash is strong may cotto 2 does 700k with a bad undercard. People are pissed and canelos fight on HBO is a good scrap.

No Mayweather vs Cotto 2 for me, not at $75, I think I'll watch the free fight, besides Canelo vs Kirkland could be a good scrap, if Kirkland lands a bomb early and not get off to his usual slow starts, while Canelo should win, Kirkland is game and tough, plus he has a punch. He looked horrible against Ishida, but with no Ann Wolfe he was lost. Kirkland and Angulo should have re-matched. Kirkland will fight till someone gets KO'd, can't hate a fighter who always fights that way, I'll watch every time.
Mayweather-Cotto will go to the decision, just like most (if not all PPV's recently). If it is any good I'll watch the replay (I won't hold my breath).
