No, it wouldn't make sense. Garcia already beat Matthysse. Their business together is finished. We may want to see a rematch but Garcia isn't obligated and there are other conquests for him. In fact, there are other big fights for the both of them.

Garcia never wanted Matthysse in the first place. He only accepted the first fight when he and his dad's demand of $2 million was granted. (One million more than what Maidana got in the first TBE fight. See, Floyd is not the only fight that can provide these enormous sums of money. Guerrero is also getting $2 million in the Thurman fight.) With or without Haymon, Garcia will never rematch Matthysse. I'm not blaming him. He can get the same money for the same risk in other fights. Maybe more. There's no point in the rematch.
