He did not duck a Sanders rematch you fool.

Sanders actually DROPPED his belt he earned in order to NOT rematch Wladimir again.

Not because Sanders wanted to duck Wladimir though either, no..

He wanted to fight Vitali (as he indeed did) so that he might become the first (and only) boxer ever to have defeated both Klitschko's.

After the Sniper completely destroyed and knocked out Wladimir like he was nothing more than a rank amateur, any self respecting champion would want to erase that stain on their record and have an instant rematch.
Corrie was never offered a contract for a return fight because Universum and Wladimir knew that he would get his glass chin destroyed again.
Corrie vacated his title because he couldn't land any big money fights and Wladimir and Co were not interested in any rematch.
So he jump ship to fight for the vacant WBC/lineal title and fought the better skilled,steel chinned brother.

Corrie went to his grave not knowing why Wladimir never wanted to avenge his brutally one sided KO loss.

The only KO loss he avenged against Relentless Lamon Brewster was a shameful cherrypick when Brewster was shot and in semi retirement for 1.5 years from eye damage sustained in the ring. He deserves no credit for this.
