Comments Thread For: Bryant Jennings' Simple Message at Presser: I Matter

While heavyweight king Wladimir Klitschko arrived in a smart-looking suit, unbeaten contender Bryant Jennings was comfortable in a graphic T-shirt and casual wear during Wednesday’s press conference in New York City.

The two will collide April 25 live on HBO at Madison Square Garden, marking the first heavyweight championship fight in New York City in more than seven years – the last being Klitschko’s unification bout with Sultan Ibragimov in the very same venue in Feb. ’08.

I'll be rooting for Jennings, i hope i don't see another Pacquiao vs Algieri....that difference in experience is something no one can prepare or train for so Jennings is gonna have to come with his A+++ game

I like Jennings, and the messages he wants to convey. From day one he has always been a likable guy. I also like Wlad as a person. Always tough when two really good guys of the sport that you like have to face each other. Good luck to both guys.

              lol cold.

Where was Briggs, surprised he didn't show up. Maybe he has been promised Klitschko if he stays away.

whats the point of Briggs fighting Klitschko if he doesn't keep being a nuisance and pulling stunts on him?

I'll be supporting Jennings because I like to back the underdog in a fight. If he could somehow win it would be a great story and fantastic for American Heavyweight boxing.

                  It would set up

                  Wilder V Jennings
                  Wilder V Jennings II
                  Wilder V Jennings III

Actually, it would setup an immediate rematch with Wlad. That's going to be in the contract, guaranteed.
