Wilder vs. Fury is THE fight at HW right now

Can you honestly suggest a more exciting fight in the weight class right now?

Both are massive, undefeated and effective. Flawed, but effective.

The outcome would say a lot about who-is-who in the division and Wlad would have no excuse to not fight the winner.

I will go as far as to say, that if this fight happens, it will be the most exciting fight of the year.

    Agreed

It won't be a boring build up like wlad with possiblility of 200 clinches in one fight

The buildup would be fun, the fight would be fun, the predictions for the fight would be fun, it's these kind of fights that boxing really should be about.

sounds like you watched the povetkin fight one too many times. wlads done a hell of a lot more punching than clinching as of late

It would be an explosive fight and the best thing is we haven't seen enough of either to make a really solid prediction. I think people are putting a bit too much stock into the Cunningham KD of Fury. That was a fcking great punch even if USS isn't the biggest puncher. Fury regained his composure well and he isn't going to be as careless in a fight with Wilder.

Wilder seems to be the faster and better puncher though, but he hasn't faced anyone as live as Fury, Fury's ability impresses me for such a big man.

not really. he clinched 49 times in 4 and a half rounds against pulev. he will always clinch. thats his only defense against people who can reach him. he is absolutely pathetic.

Cunningham is generally a very underrated boxer and yes, the punch he landed on Fury was great and Fury had a bad night, but managed to make a strong comeback and get the victory by brutal KO. Fury was careless due to Cunningham's low power and small size, but he showed in his last fight against Chisora how defensively effective he can be when he choose to, I think he would be careful but oppurtunistic against Wilder.

Honestly, this fight excites me as much as Mayweather-Pacquiao.

It would be a fun build up yes but a short fight. Wilder by KO inside 4 rounds

lol,,,he dropped pulev 4 times and almost took his head off with a left hook in less than 5 rounds. he was obviously doing more punching than clinching but hate on

I personally think fury can absorb more than wilder but wilder obviously has more power. that's why this fight is so intriguing
