I picked Martinez to KO Cotto in that fight and gave Miguelito full credit for the victory, regardless of the controversial knee situation going on. Cotto caught Martinez with a massive shot in the first round and from that point on out he never relieved the pressure around Sergio's neck.

Was Martinez at 100 percent? I don't think so(personal opinion).

Does Cotto deserve full credit? I think so... I mean, Martinez himself gave Cotto full credit and stated himself that the shot he got caught with in the first round pretty much sealed his fate for the rest of the evening.

Good win for Cotto nonetheless. Do his fans go overboard with it? Sure, but discrediting the man because of his fanboys isn't fair for the fighter. Anyway you have your opinion OP and I respect it. I gave you green K because it made me snicker .

Well, just his win over Martinez which did not mention ANYTHING about Martinez' knee and how it hindered his performance. Had I not edited you would think the knee was of no circumstance. That's dishonest and not fair. It's funny though, had Cotto suffered a cut or something it would have totally been in the description of the fight. Martinez DRAGGING his knee through the ring wasn't worthy enough to be mentioned though. Disgust at whichever of you stans wrote that.

Anyways, I also added a small segment on the Canelo negotiations. Kept it 100% too. If you feel a fighter's history and/or record is dishonest head to that wiki page and do something about it brah!

Uh no. Plenty of posters saw my update just fine. It was BigJavi or whatever that tried to edit again. He lives a fabulous, busy life though so I don't think he will be able to fix it.

I think Martinez was just old more than knee issues. You showed me a video of a younger Martinez. Martinez was coming in as an older man. I thought that would affect him more than any knee issue.

After he survived the opening round, he was moving around and everything like he should have. If his knee truly was a problem, he wouldn't have moved around at all.
