Dunno bout you but I get the feeling that negotiations between HBO & SHO have failed, hense the emphasis on "Impedment" of the fight hapening. Meaning they can't meet SHO's demands and want to pass the blame buck on them.

That stuff has been settled long ago. Whatever is left to solve is probably legal stuff that requires a team of lawyers I really don't think people get how complicated this all is.
