Barry McGuigan could be the stumbling block regarding a Frampton/Quigg contest, as he'd go all out to land the fight in Belfast.

It makes sense to have the fight in Belfast. Frampton is the draw, not Quigg.

I think Santa Cruz wold be an easier option for Quigg than Frampton.
