Mitchell vs. Estrada fight thread.

Estrada was garbage in there. Good win for Mitchell, I would like to see him fight Dejan Zlaticanin next, that would be a good fight i think. or Petr Petrov as well. Both would be good fights.

Those would be good fights, but this was the eliminator for a title shot against Linares.

I still slightly favor Linares, because while Mitchell has speed, and decent power, Linares does everything Mitchell does, but better. Mitchell is pretty much a B version of Linares.

Linares is usually beaten by guys who stalk him, with big power, and can take 3 shots to land 1. But they both have had suspect chins in the past, so Mitchell could very well catch Linares, and finish him.

It's definitely a great fight that I'm hyped for.

I was unaware of the title implications, but that was an eliminator for a title shot against Linares? I understand having the Linares fight against Preito, the #1 and #2 respectivly for the WBC, fight for the vacant belt, but the #6 and #7 fight an eliminator for a title shot? That's wack. Mitchell should at least have to fight the #3 Dejan Zlaticanin next for a truer eliminator.

Regardless I agree with you on Mitchell-Linares. Linares does everything better and faster than Mitchell. Lirares UD12.

He shouldn't have been, Estranda only fought at World level twice now and lost every round and stopped in both.

Mitchell vs Linares/Gamboa winner will be a fun fight, glass will shatter oen way or the other.
