    Cotto's role in strategy?

How much of a role will Cotto's input have in camp, now that he's in the Wild Card stable of fighters? I can't imagine that Freddy wouldn't bring him in for input on what it's like to fight him, what his distance is like when you're actually in the ring with him. Things like that. I can picture him giving Manny advice.

Mayweather moved on? That's news to me. He probably will wait for Canelo again or take an easy tune up. I see a vacating of the title in the future unless the wbc bends the rules as usual to get that Canelo money

He will have no role in prepping Pac for Floyd, Roach said they are very competitive (Cotto & Pac) that's why Roach wouldn't be able to have them train together.

Cotto will defend the WBC middleweight championship in June, against a live body, at MSG.

He'll likely then vacate the belt, go back down to 154, take another fight to close out the year, before seeing if Canelo is more willing to offer the proper terms for a fight in 2016.

Of course he would talk to Cotto about Mayweather. Any good trainer would do that. Cotto, Pacquiao and Roach are all good friends and if Mayweather and Pacquiao fight then Cotto would do whatever he could to help Manny win.

Cotto intends to fight Mayweather no way in the world he wants anyone other than him beating Money May first.
