Trainer Jeff Mayweather, uncle to WBC/WBA welterweight and junior middleweight champion Floyd Mayweather Jr., says WBO 147-pound champion Manny Pacquiao has no shot to beat his nephew if the two fighters step in the ring on May 2nd at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Talks are ongoing for the two champions to mix it up.

Jeff says his nephew is a better fighter now than he was in 2009, when a Pacquiao fight was first being discussed between the two teams.

Mannys destroyed every top fighter hes been in the ring with the last 10 years, and they were all at least top 5 in their division, many undefeated, knocked some elites out that were favored. Mayweather has trouble with in and out fighters, he had some problems with cotto, and also southpaws, he got floored by jab Judah and lost 5/6 of the beginning rounds. He got beat by Jose Luis Castillo who isn't elite or anything, and the whole world knows it. Also people think the old de la Hoya won that fight. Manny made him quit on his stool 2 fights later. Manny is the fastest in boxing, has weird in and out movement, has great defense, has power with both hands and comes in with crazy angles. Your telling me he has no chance to beat Floyd? I'd love to see Floyd prove that because not so Long ago Manny was number 1 p4p for many many years.
