so maybe Pacquiao Team and Arum are not on the same page and that is on them.

I sure am not going to count on this fight happening. Until it is official it's just a maybe, could be, might be fight. An announcement of a Mayweather-Cotto fight would not surprise me. I hope the Pacquiao-Mayweather fight happens but I doubt it will. It is taking too long as if there was something stopping it that can't be changed or fixed.
