Promoter Eddie Hearn of Matchroom Boxing is not getting his hopes up that Amir Khan will face IBF welterweight champion Kell Brook (33-0, 22KOs), who already is scheduled to defend his title for the first time against mandatory challenger Jo Jo Dan in Sheffield on March 28. Khan is more focused on landing fights against Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao.

Hearn sees no shortage of options for Brook. He wants to place him in a pay-per-view fight before year's end. Some of the alternatives that interest Hearn include Timothy Bradley, Marcos Maidana and Juan Manuel Marquez.

We know what will happen Khan will again refuse , stating that boxing is a business and Kell is not on his level and disrespectful , titles don't mean that much ,I am sure you know the story and like a mad man he will keep going on about how he did so well in sparring with Manny and why Mayweather is running scared.The frightening thing about this is he has a few fans who believe this nonsense, I am glad I'm not one !
We all know Khan should be grabbing this fight with both hands , Kell has just beaten and took the title from a top American and should he beat Kell surely that would make news in America , If anyone is running scared here it is obviously Amir Khan !!

Within the three i'll like Marquez first followed by Maidana then Bradley.

Would love to see Brook in there with either of these guys, I think Bradley would be the toughest test for him and Marquez probably the easiest.

He needs to make his own path and stop worrying about Khan ducking him.

yes but thats why i said he should offer him the fight again. as a promoter he should be mentioning khan's name over and over and saying how khan doesn't want to fight brook. he didn't mention khan's name and instead he mentioned other guys. bad promoting.
