The winner of the two is a good start, but no matter who it is Brewster has a major claim, as he's been the most active title holder, has the best reccent resume, and has stopped Wlad already.

Wlad's already beat Byrd. All this does is get him a strap if he can do it again and point him towards what would hopefully be unification fights.
