Thoughts? I like Hatton but think he was a tad overrated. Nonetheless a very good career and had a huge following from here (UK).

Hatton vs Khan at 140......Hatton would stop him I think. But it would be an entertaining fight.

Hatton vs Brook at 147.....Brook probably beats him. Brook looks to be the goods for now. Hatton would probably get stopped.

I really think a prime for prime Hatton takes the fight to Khan and TKO Amir late.

Hatton's foot speed would have been a serious problem. It'd be a more one sided version of the Peterson fight.

          Problem for Khan????

I just can't see Khan handling Hatton cutting the ring off and in his face throwing bombs all night. Ricky had a suspect jaw too, so perhaps Khan lands something and changes the fight.

But I think Hatton TKO's Khan around 6-7 rounds at 140.

Yeah, problem for Khan without a doubt. You need angles and good counter punching to keep Hatton off, especially if you lack infighting, I think Hatton breaks him down and stops him.

As for Brook, I need to see more although I was very very impressed with his performance against Porter.

I think Hatton beats both. Hatton had really solid foot-speed, and he'd inhibit Khan from fighting at ideal range to utilize his speed. We saw that Khan can't fight on the inside, and either has to clinch, or push off. Hatton knew how to prevent opponnts from clinching, as he could get control.

                  Probably stops Khan late.

ANd most likely UD's Brook 8-4ish.

Hatton is a lil underrated by the way his career ended but he was an elite top 20 p4p type fighter in his prime

He had a lot of talent was teak tough and you don't take shots from Kostya Tsyzu and all those rounds he got clocked clean by Mayweather and not have a beard.

His lifestyle, the beating from Mayweather, and his high octane style was made to compete into his mid 30's unless he adjusted his style with time like the ATGs Mayweather and Pacquaio did as they age

Prime for prime he'd Maul Khan and give him fits, he has no inside game and doesn't have the pop to hold him off....Brook is good but his level of opposition doesn't indicate that he would deal with the athletic, buzz saw a prime Hatton was
