According to dan its just two broadcasting issues. Koncz said he called Arum who handled the matter (he has alot of pull with HBO). Man i'm a huge skeptic but damn that sounds promising.

Koncz said that Mayweather voiced two specific broadcasting issues to Pacquiao during the hotel meeting.

"I told Floyd I would call [Pacquiao promoter] Bob [Arum of Top Rank] in the morning, and I did that and discussed them with Bob, and he assured us they have been worked out. I took care of it," Koncz said. "I said to Floyd, and Manny agreed, that if those are the only two broadcasting issues, we would take care of them."

Koncz declined to go into detail about the specifics of the issues because "I don't want to step on HBO's or Showtime's toes."

Koncz said Pacquiao and Mayweather also discussed other issues but that the broadcasting items were "the majority of the discussion. Floyd said, 'I want the fight to happen,' and Manny said he does, too. If the fighters both want the fight to happen, who can stop it? They both said they want it to happen, and we're still looking to make it happen on May 2.

Wtf does this need to happen? Never have in the career of both fighters did they have to meet and talk privately with a possible opponent. Floyd's obsessive compulsive need to control is what's driving this. Is the fix in? Who gets fight 1, fight 2, and a free for all fight 3? This is ******. Just make the fight and meet at fight night or at the press tours.

The conclusion is predetermined or iis that an early excuse? You know dam well if anybody is gonna fix this fight its gonna be Bob Arum...no different from the rest of Top Rank events.

People should see the good in this I think.

In many years to come, when we will speak of the fighters today like we speak of the fighters of the 70/80's now, we will mention this. The first time they spoke face to face. Even if this fight doesn't happen, when history remembers these two this moment will be mentioned, so it is a significant moment.

I know two fighters meeting at another sporting event isn't that big of a deal, but with these two and how much has been said about them both, the fact they had this little moment is pretty important. I know it is sad that we see this brief meeting as a point of significance, but it adds to the already huge story and is more of a development between the two, I see the good in it.

When I first saw them talking I was hyped, but it easily came down to smoke and mirrors once I read Ben Thompson of fight hype article talking ****, saying Floyd confronted them and said stop lying and all this wreckless Bs making Pac look shook.

Why write all that BS when we all saw with our own eyes they were talking professionally and cordially there was no confrontation at all.

Wow, if it's truly down to those two... Why not have both 24/7 and All Access, just have them air on separate nights.
