I call BS, Arum would have already taken this fool to court and I doubt wed hear about Fonfara vs Chavez Jr or let them negotiate a potential with Froch and now a fight with Fonfara.

If he had a legit contract we wouldn't be having this conversation. Arundel would have simply stopped chavez from pursuing any other option, like Goosen did Ward.
Chavez lawyers wouldn't have any form of an argument.
It's obvious that Arum has no valid contract or he would have stopped Chavez who is his number 2 money maker from fighting out of house. Stop being a groupie.

I can see both sides, if I were a fighter I would want to maximize my earnings as well. Tough to just tell a fighter to stay loyal just because. Anyways, good luck in arbitration Junior.

The fact that he didn't tells me that he is talking out of the side of his ass again and has no legitimate claim to another Chavez Jr. fight.

In all honesty, outside of his name, this young man had zero chance at a successful career at this level without TR. It was Arum who carefully crafted him, through strategic match making and great promotion, into an actual legit attraction. With that said... I'll have to side with the old man on this one.Originally posted by KTFO View PostI agree with most of what you said. If your contract with Arum needs 1 more fight, then do it. Stop wasting your time fighting with Arum. Stop burning bridges!
I'm Chavez Sr. fan, but I'm with Arum here.
