How is arum lying? Hes been adament this while time pacquiao and arum have agreed to the terms. Hes not saying anything different here. He said time will tell which means they are still waiting on Floyd to agree to the damn fight. Arum never said HBO and ShowTime agreed to anything, hes always said they have agreed to the terms and are waiting on a signed contract from Floyd. # sign the contract # fight pacquiao
