Broner does not get to win fantasy fights until he does somethign impressive fighting men his own size.

Just because he was hyped as next Mayweather, it does not make it so. He wouldn't have the power or speed (Broner's is not fast, come on people), or defense, to stay free of Rios' inside fighting.

It woudl be a fun fight, but I trust Rios' chin over Broner.

Rios beats Broner easier than Maidana did. He has more stamina and is a shorter (puncher) and better inside fighter. And judging by the level of competition Broner is content to fight with lately, he don't want that work anyway.

Rios is a better inside fighter than Maidana is. Maidana is better from a distance and better defensivey. Broner can only fight inside. Rios would eat him up. I'd bet my house on Rios.
