    I don't think Alvarado had much left but Rios looked so much better. Head movement, energy, snap and speed all returning after re-dedicating himself to training. Let's hope he keeps it up and carries on training inbetween camps as well as building on the technical pedigree that he brought from the amateurs but had forgotten in recent bouts.

        It definitely was his best fight. He looked fantastic, and was moving at a speed that I didn't know he was capable of. Alvarado is shot, but I don't think that's the only reason Rios looked as great as he did. He worked hard for this.

            Yeah he looked like a monster. Quick, energetic and very focused.
