WHAT IF: Cotto Suddenly Gets INJURED?

No, Cotto is not actually injured. This is merely a hypothetical situation.

But if it happened, in the degree is such that Cotto can't fight for 6 months, how would it affect the relational dynamics between the following parties?

    Mayweather

    Pacquiao

    Canelo

    Khan

    Haymon

    Arum

    De La Hoya

    HBO

    Showtime

    the boxing fans

Would there be too much pressure on Floyd to fight Pacquiao? What other things could logically happen if Cotto were to get injured?

Freddie roach has a viable replacement for Cotto. Mayweather would be more than willing to fight an unprepared version of that fighter
