Seems like Alvarado is being influenced by his "friends" and drugs are finally taking a toll on his body. Sad to see him go down that pat, but some people just can't be helped

People can get into that stuff and maintain for a lil while or maybe a long while but it will eventually break you down, piece by piece. The person will still think they have it under control but everyone around them knows the deal, it's just that they refuse to see it.
