At least Rios doesn't look like he's carrying around 10 lbs of extra fat like usual. He doesn't look like he has any muscle though, so now he's on the opposite end where he lost alot of weight but alot of it was muscle which doesn't bode well because he really only has a punchers chance due to Alvarado having more movement and you can be sure hes not looking to go toe to toe as much when his careers on the line. Also Alvarado used to have a six pack, so he definitely isn't as conditioned as he used to be but as much as I love Rios and Robert Garcia a d their esnews interviews, I think Alvarado wins by decision. He will outsmart Rios and run a little bit which is smart when his career is on the line. Rios doesn't know how to run when its needed. Even a loss wont kill their careers though they will just have to start from the middle again and work their way back up. Rios would be wise to lift a little weights and pack a little muscle, not a whole lot to where hes slow but enough so hes at least a little athletic

Alvarado looks softer than usual. Rios looks like he always does...I guess it's difficult for some guys to add muscle. I know Alvarado managed a victory but I really believe Rios is the better fighter and I think he'll prove it tomorrow night

Alvarado has a lot of miles on the clock. If Rios can hurt him - and he will - then we'll see how many more times Mike can go to the well or whether it is all dried up.
