He's not the only one to do it, but I have noticed that Mayweather does this in every fight. He is rarely penalized. I know no boxer is completely clean, but he abuses this all the time. Even Duran who kneed Buchannan for the title did not cheat in every fight like his. Maybe it's the referees' fault, but these things should be called or else he has an obvious advantage every time.
