No, Cotto is a middleweight and Khan is a welterweight. A fight between those two makes no sense at all. I could see Khan fighting at super welterweight in couple of years, but not middleweight.

because Khan has no fights at middleweight, or super welterweight for that matter, he's a welterweight


There's fighters at 140 and 135 that are the same size as Khan, doesn't mean they should be fighting Cotto for the Middleweight tiltle.
