Are you claiming that Mr. Gacal has not represented Manny Pacquiao during the time Manny Pacquiao has been working with Arum and trying to make a fight with Floyd Mayweather going back to 2009 and has no insider knowledge on anything pertaining to these negotiations? Please post a source to that so I can see it. Thanks.
