Why is Jean Pascal refusing VADA PED testing?

Memo is an expert on passing other PED tests, but he has the people he works with avoid VADA for some reason.

VADA is less expensive than other testing, and yet it catches more PED cheats. It's $8000 compared to the $35,000 for the testing Pascal claims he wants.

VADA is more thorough because they do Carbon Isotope Ratio (CIR) testing on all fighters. Other groups, such as USADA, only do CIR testing if there is some sort of su****ion.

"The recent positive tests for synthetic, or artificial, testosterone in professional and elite sports demonstrate that it is a problem at the highest levels of sport,�" said Dr. Goodman, President of VADA. �"Clearly, some athletes are choosing to use the substance because they know it is not tested for upfront. In nearly all sports today, the CIR test is only used when testers suspect from other indicators a presence of synthetic testosterone. As a result, athletes and trainers who understand the limitations of this testing can �"microdose�" with synthetic testosterone in order to avoid triggering a CIR test. In the late 1990s, a number of brilliant anti�]doping scientists.some of whom later acted as consultants to VADA.collaborated to develop a better way to detect doping with testosterone by using isotope ratio mass spectrometry (IRMS). The CIR/IRMS method is considered a superior, highly reliable test that culminates in measuring isotope ratios to determine whether testosterone is produced naturally or artificially.

I dont understand why they expect the B-side to pay for The a-sides test too ..??? Shouldn't it be 50-50. Or am I missing somthing here? Is this a move by Duva to make Pascal Fold?

USADA = not very stringent can easily be fooled.
VADA = very stringent hard to fool
